Proud to announce that Richard Adams is now an Accredited Family Mediator

We are both delighted and proud to announce that our wonderful Richard Adams is now an Accredited Family Mediator, having met the highest standards of professional practice and expertise in supporting those going through family breakdown. This recognises Richard’s exceptional competence in mediating all issues arising from divorce or separation, including matters relating to children and finances.

This prestigious accreditation awarded by the Law Society and recognised by the Family Mediation Council (FMC), is evidence of Richard’s extensive experience and elevated skills as a mediator, along with his commitment to ethical practice in maintaining the high standards of the Family Mediation Council Code of Practice.

His achievement means that Richard is now able to conduct statutory Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs), as well as mediations funded by the UK Government’s Family Mediation Voucher Scheme. This provides up to £500 to help families with the cost of mediation, helping to make it more accessible to a wider range of individuals.

Richard will also continue to conduct mediations for private clients, providing a valuable service to those who prefer or need to resolve disputes outside of the public funding system.
