Congratulations to Hana on her promotion to Associate Director

We’re delighted to announce that our wonderful Hana Khodabocus has been promoted to the position of Associate Director.

The promotion is in recognition of Hana’s exceptional legal expertise and superb ability as a mediator. Hana has been with the firm since 2016 and advises across all areas of family law including separation, divorce, financial, children and injunction matters.

While Hana is a highly experienced litigator, she is committed to minimising parental conflict and resolving matters as constructively and amicably as possible. In this respect, she has also qualified as an Accredited Family Mediator.

This prestigious accreditation is awarded by the Law Society and Family Mediation Council to those reaching the highest level of professional practice and expertise. This allows Hana to conduct statutory Mediation Information & Assessment Meetings (MIAMs) and mediations funded by the UK Government’s Family Mediation Voucher Scheme, alongside her mediations for private clients.
