Congratulations to the winners of our Summer in Sussex Photography Competition 2025

Thank you so much to all those entering our annual photography competition, Summer in Sussex.

Once again, the standard of entries was exceptionally high. This made the judging process a real challenge and we were sorry we couldn’t award more prizes.

Eventually, after a close-run finish we awarded first prize in the Adult category to Mick Pepper for his stunning image of the De La Warr Pavilion. We all loved the soft light, romance and spirit of Sussex the image encapsulates.

Second prize went to Jared Thode for the mood and light he captured in his image of Sussex woodland.

As the judging process was so difficult, we decided to award two third prizes. One to Andrew Brook for his image of a Sussex Harvest.

Our other third prize winner is Andrew Kernan for his spectacular image of sunset over Sussex favourite, Devil’s Dyke.

Meanwhile, winner of the Junior category for capturing this exhilarating image of kite surfing over Littlehampton Beach is Jayden Addison.
