Delighted to welcome Oliver Beyret-Powell to the Tisshaws Team

We are delighted to welcome Our new lawyer, Oliver Beyret-Powell to the team.

Oliver qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and has always specialised in family law, advising clients on pre-cohabitation/nuptial agreements and all aspects of relationship breakdown, including financial and child arrangements.

A dual French/British national, he is fluent in both languages and has a Masters level qualification in French Notarial Practice. As a result, Oliver has experience of dealing with cases involving several jurisdictions, notably cases with a French element.

A strong supporter of non-court dispute resolution (NCDR), he is both a member of Resolution and a trained collaborative lawyer.
