We are delighted that two of our solicitors have been shortlisted for the prestigious Resolution Awards 2024.
Richard Adams has been shortlisted for the Working in Collaboration Award, recognising his hard work and commitment in securing the best possible outcomes for his clients, through his commitment to working alongside other legal and non-legal professionals.
While Verity Eunson-Hickey has been shortlisted as a Regional Champion for her tireless work as a volunteer championing non-court dispute resolution, through sharing best practice, supporting junior professionals, and raising the profile of Resolution within the East and West Sussex regions.
Resolution was established in 1982 by a group of family lawyers who believe that a non-confrontational approach to divorce and separation produces better outcomes for separating families and children. We are fervent supporters of this approach and are committed to working constructively with families to resolve the issues arising from divorce and separation, with as little conflict as possible.
The organisation promotes specific approaches to resolving issues without the cost, time and stress of going to court. These include mediation, collaborative law and arbitration. More information can be found here https://resolution.org.uk/about-us/
All of our solicitors are members of Resolution. What’s more, Richard, Hana and Lidia are all trained family mediators, and Gilva, Richard and Verity are all trained collaborative lawyers, while our offices have the technology and space to hold arbitration meetings.
We are very proud that Richard and Verity have been shortlisted and are looking forward to the awards ceremony in September when the ultimate winners will be announced.
