TISSHAWS POLICY ON COVID-19

Tisshaws will be continuing to provide assistance to our clients with as minimal disruption as possible.  We have had to adapt our current working practices in accordance with Government and health expert guidelines.

We recognise that this is a difficult and worrying time for people who are already having to deal with the impact of divorcing and separating.

The steps we have put in place are as follows:-

• We always have staff based in the office, which includes both solicitors and administrative staff.
• All others who work remotely have access to their files, case management systems, phones, diaries etc. enabling them to maintain our high levels of client service.
• For those who wish to avoid face to face meetings, appointments can be conducted by telephone or video call.
• For those wishing to come into the office, we have a large conference room which opens directly onto the car park. Fitted with protective screens and with a plentiful supply of PPE, the room is ideal for social distancing.
• We have facilities in place to deal with remote court hearings for those wishing to avoid attendance at court.
